The 11^th Street project is a 12-unit residential development project to be built on a tract of vacant land in the Upper Clinton Hill neighborhood.  The development will consist of a mix of One, Two, and Three-bedrooms units with in-house laundry facility and parking.  The project will serve to further create opportunities for high quality middle-income/affordable housing in the neighborhood.
