The 3^rd Street Row consists of the acquisition and rehabilitation of three abandoned city-owned properties acquired via public auction.   The row houses are in the emerging North Camden neighborhood, and within a short walk to the Rutgers University Camden campus and downtown Camden waterfront.  The attached single-family row homes will be renovated and leases for occupancy.  Construction recently started on the project.
