Trevor is the president and chief executive officer at Urban Development Partners and the president of HDS Home & Design, L.LC.
Trevor is responsible for the overall project development and execution of the company's strategic vision and direction. In addition, he oversees the company's daily operations, including quality control compliance, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. His expertise is found in his ability to manage and complete projects for maximum value.
Trevor is a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor in New York and New Jersey. He has acquired, renovated, and constructed affordable and market-rate residential and commercial properties totaling over $45 million.
Trevor's personal mission is to stabilize depressed neighborhoods by rehabilitating blighted properties and creating affordable and market-rate housing units. He also has a vision and passion for bringing communities and businesses to life through transforming vacant lots and underutilized spaces into inviting residential and commercial assets. In addition, Trevor mentors and encourages entrepreneurship in at-risk youth and participates in activities at Christ Church in Montclair, NJ.
Samuel Bonnet Chief Operations Officer
Samuel is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the construction and development industries. With over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, he brings a unique blend of vision, expertise, and execution to his position as Chief Operations Officer at UDP.
As COO, Samuel oversees all aspects of operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization. He is instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across the organization.

Laura Wesley Executive Director
Laura is a visionary leader and strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the real estate development industry. As the Executive Director of Urban Development Partners, she is responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction, driving growth initiatives, and overseeing the successful execution of high-impact development projects.

Vaughn Keith Quality Control Foreman

Throughout his career, Vaughn has been involved in a wide range of construction projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, and infrastructure developments. As a Construction Quality Control Foreman, Vaughn takes pride in his ability to oversee all quality control activities with precision and attention to detail. Richard Ranalli Strategic Partner
Richard has spent more than 25 years in the real estate industry working in Brokerage for such firms as Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) and Grubb & Ellis Company, and he has extensive experience in the areas of Development and Consulting.
Richard has marketed, leased and sold over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space including a number of sites for residential and marina/retail use. While consulting, he has helped manage the development plan for over 1,000 residential units and over a million square feet of commercial space.
As a Strategic Partner, Richard plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of UDP through innovative partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. He leverages his deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen to identify opportunities for expansion, diversification, and market leaders.
